I didn’t step into this work because systems were functioning well - I stepped in because they weren’t.

Across classrooms, campuses, offices, and organizations, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented people working hard but struggling to produce consistent results. Teams were overwhelmed. Leaders were stretched thin. Expectations were unclear. And despite endless initiatives, the outcomes weren’t improving in a meaningful or sustainable way.

That’s the problem I solve.
